  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@hidden-beats.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2.2. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  1. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

3.2. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process as outlined in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • Sale items (unless they are damaged or defective)

7.1. This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
